The Stat Peel sampling badge is a lightweight, battery powered active sampling device. In combination with the corresponding Stat Peel filtration slide, the respirable or inhalable particle size fraction according to ISO 7708 is collected. The captured particles are deposited on a nanoporous filtration membrane for later inspection in the Stat Peel Identifier System. Continuous and intermittent sampling is possible to ensure proper filter loading over the monitored workshift of interest.

The badge can be used for personal and stationary sampling. It contains several sensors to ensure the particle collection is continuously monitored. Additionally TVOC, temperature, and humidity are recorded. All data are logged and available for post inspection. The badges are operated using the Stat Peel app. The shock-resistant aluminum housing allows for easy cleaning.
