Induro Reverse Transcriptase
Induro reverse transcriptase is a group II intron-encoded RT that exhibits increased thermostability, high processivity, and increased tolerance of inhibitors in the synthesis of cDNA from RNA.
- Highly processive enables fast reactions (>12 kb in under 10 min)
- Supports direct RNA sequencing and long read cDNA sequencing workflows
- Excellent tolerance of common inhibitors in RNA biological samples
- Increased thermostability for robust cDNA synthesis at high temperatures (55 °C)
- No DTT requirement for reaction setup
It is an ideal enzyme for challenging cDNA synthesis reactions from long transcripts, RNAs with strong secondary structures, and RNA samples with inhibitors. Additionally, induro reverse transcriptase supports RNA-seq applications such as long-read RNA sequencing.
- Enzyme name:Induro reverse transcriptase
- Concentration:200000 units/ml
