The Organoid counting software, for use with the Corning Cell Counter, ships with a 0.2 mm, 20 µl counting chamber and an alphanumeric access code. This software extension enables Corning Cell Counter operators to capture rapid data of 3D cell cultures based on the structure’s morphology. The Organoid counting software offers a size range of 20 - 200µm, a count speed of 3 seconds, and a sample volume of 10 or 20µl (chamber permitting). The field of view is 1.5×1.5mm, with a magnification of 10× and an image resolution of 1536×1536 pixels.
