These text mixtures are used for reversed and normal-phase chromatograms for a 250×4.6 mm Int.Ø columns.
Test mixtures provided with flow rate of 1 ml/min, UV wavelength: 254 nm, and having typical injection volume of 2 μl. Standard dome tipped syringes can be used to pierce the septum cap of the vial.
Caution: The test mixture last longer by enclosing the vial in airtight container and/or refrigerating.
