The HG-200 GenoLyte® is capable of blending powders and crushing rocks to a fine powder or DNA, RNA, and protein extractions. It is specifically designed for rapid cell disruption, cell lysis and tissue homogenization. Common samples include plant material, seeds, animal tissue, bacteria, yeast, stool, and soil. This homogenizer is compact yet powerful, which frees up bench space in the lab. Homogenizer accepts a vial holder for 2 to 12 ml vials, a jar holder for 75 ml jars, or titer plates (all sold separately).
