• Biological diluent buffer for antibodies or other biologics
• Wash buffer for immunological assays including western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and ELISA

Tris buffered saline is suitable for multiple applications including biological diluent buffer for antibodies or other biologics. Also may be used as a wash buffer for immunological assays including western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and ELISA. Other applications may require detergents or other additional components.

Application Note: This product is a 1X working solution. 1X Tris Buffered Saline consists of 0.1M Tris HCl and 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.8, meticulously prepared using ultra pure reagents dissolved in pharmaceutical grade water (WFI).
