These adapters are designed for connecting a 8, 10 or 19 mm diameter stirrer shaft to the chuck of a stirrer motor.

• Collar and bushing assembly is connected to a stainless-steel stud by a stainless steel universal joint
• Stud connects the whole assembly to the chuck of a stirrer motor

Universal joint compensates for vibration and misalignment of the stirrer shaft, thereby greatly reducing the danger of breaking. Split aluminum collar surrounds a nylon bushing where the stirrer shaft is inserted and secured by tightening the set screw in the aluminum collar.
