Trident Plus Western HRP substrate is a luminol-based, chemiluminescent substrate for the detection of HRP-conjugated antibody on immunoblots at picogram level. It produces an excellent signal that can be easily detected by chemiluminescent imaging methods including X-ray film and chemiluminescence imaging system.
