QuickFlex™ 96 x 2 mL Adapter for FastPrep-96™ is a large sample volume adapter is ideally suited for DNA and RNA isolation, enzyme isolation and protein production, natural products isolation, food preparation for quality analysis, biopharma manufacturing, and forensic applications. Additionally, frozen samples in Lysing Matrix tubes loaded in the adapter and stored at -20 °C or -80 °C are ready to be immediately processed with minimal hands-on manipulation, preventing degradation of cellular components by endogenous enzymes.
Ideally suited for high-throughput applications, up to 96 samples can be homogenized simultaneously. Additionally, frozen samples in Lysing Matrix tubes loaded in the adapter and stored at –20°C or –80°C are ready to be immediately processed with minimal hands-on manipulation, preventing degradation of cellular components by endogenous enzymes.
Use with FastPrep-96, MP Bio Lysing Matrix Tubes and/or FastPrep purification kits to lyse, grind or homogenize samples at ambient temperatures, for the extraction and purification of nucliec acids, proteins, metabolites and other small molecules and more.
