Used to obtain high yields of plasmid DNA from E.coli cultures.

Suitable for use with carbenicillin (ampicillin) resistant strains and strains harboring plasmids such as pBluescript, pGEM, and pUC. Contains 1.2% Tryptone, 2.4% yeast extract, 0.4% glycerol, 72mM K2HPO4, and 17mM KH2PO4 with 100µg/ml carbenicillin. Ship on ice. Store frozen.
