Sand bath heating mantle is electrically heated and utilizes commercially available sand (16 to 30 mesh).
- Maximum temperature 500 °C
- Designed for 100 mL flask
- Aluminum bottom permits magnetic stirring
- Excellent for micro scale work with 5 mL or smaller vessel
Operate sand bath at 40% power only for continuous operation. Should not operate at maximum power for no more than 10 minutes.
