Vaccum lines constructed using 0.4 mm Chem-Vac™ Chem-Cap® valves, has 4 ports with greased glass stopcocks.
The end cap on the vacuum line is a o-ring joint No.30 while the inert gas line has a o-ring joint No.9 instead. All gauging ports are constructed using o-ring joints No.9 and are supplied complete with adapters from the O-ring joint to 9 mm OD tubulation for use with 3/8" Cajon® fittings.
: Complete system consists of one 4-port vacuum/inert manifold, one pre-trap, one main trap assembly, one main trap body, two No.28 S.S. pinch clamps, one No.50 S.S. pinch clamp, one No.75 S.S. pinch clamp, four No.18-L S.S. pinch clamps, one No.9 o-ring joint cap stopper, three No.9 o-ring joints and four No.112 Viton o-rings.
