Carboys are well suited for use in temperatures ranging from -100 to 100 °C (-148 to 212 °F). Carboys are leak proof under standard test conditions.
Polypropylene carboys can be autoclaved before refilling to stop recurring bacterial growth. HDPE carboys are not autoclavable.
Certifications: Resin meets US FDA 21 CFR, USP Class VI.
