Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA assay. This product is suitable for use with the MaxPar® Metal Labeling Kits. The product is formulated so that the buffer exchange step is not required (steps 7, 8, 9, and 11 in the MaxPar® antibody labeling protocol). Just add 100 μl of this antibody to 100 μl of 4 mM TCEP-R in a 50 kDa filter, as described in step 12, and continue with the protocol. For ELISA application, a concentration range of 1-4 μg/ml (BVD2-21C11) is recommended. The purified BVD2-21C11 antibody is useful as the capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA assay, when used in conjunction with the biotinylated BVD2-23B6 antibody as the detecting antibody.
