The iodoTMTzero label reagent can be used as an isotopic 'light' duplex tag for MS-level protein quantitation.

This tag, along with the iodoTMTsixplex™ reagents can enable the quantitation of protein expression changes in cell-based and tissue samples that may not be amenable to metabolic isotopic labeling strategies (eg. SILAC).
