The FibrOutTM System is a combination of several biochemical compounds and reagents which prevent fibroblastic overgrowth and increase targeted cell growth during primary cell culture

The reagents contained in this system are stable at room temperatures for normal shipping periods, but the package should be stored at 4^oC upon arrival. The reagent is stable and effective for up to 4 months at 4^oC. For long periods of storage, it should be kept at -20^oC. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Each fibroblast growth-inhibition system is customized to be tissue-specific and cell-specific thereby producing the maximum amount of target cells. Each system contains sufficient materials for making 500 ml of cell culture medium. Each lot is tested for fibroblast growth inhibition performance and is composed of freshly prepared reagent solutions.
