This product is made out of a 2-layer rubber material. The inner layer is beige and insulative, and the outer layer is conductive and black in color. Adjustment is made easy through an elastic material and a Quick-Release buckle. The product has a 22" long conductive tab for skin contact and a molded one mega ohm current limiting safety resistor.
