About this item

The iScript™ cDNA Synthesis Kit is a sensitive and easy-to-use first-strand cDNA synthesis kit for gene expression analysis using RT-qPCR or conventional RT-PCR

  • Dilute RNA samples
  • Format allows up to 15 µl of input RNA in a 20 µL reaction
  • Low-level genes and RNA conservation
  • Broad linear dynamic range of total input RNA (1 µg–1 pg)
  • RNase A inhibitor for RNA protection during setup and reaction
  • Blend of oligo(dT) and random primers
  • Prevent 5' and 3' bias, and allow primers designed for any region

This two-tube kit is optimized for reproducible, unbiased representation over a broad dynamic range, with a fast 40 min protocol.

Ordering information: Each kit contains 5x reaction mix, iScript™ Reverse Transcriptase (RNase H+ MMLV), and nuclease-free water. Guaranteed for 12 months at —20°C in a constant temperature freezer (multiple freeze thaws not recommended).
