iQ™ SYBR® Green Supermix is a 2x mix for real-time PCR (qPCR) applications

Antibody-mediated
Hot-start iTaq™ DNA polymerase minimizes amplification of nonspecific products
Detection of as few as 10 copies of template
Linear detection over 6 orders of magnitude
Only template and primers are needed

This supermix, containing the DNA-binding dye, SYBR® Green I, is for use with sequence-specific primers, and does not require probe design. Fluorescein is included as a passive reference dye for real-time PCR detection systems that use this dye for well-factor collection.

Ordering information: iQ™ SYBR® Green Supermix contains dNTPs, iTaq™ DNA polymerase, MgCl2, SYBR® Green I, enhancers, stabilizers, and fluorescein.

Caution: Guaranteed for 12 months at –20°C in a constant temperature freezer (multiple freeze thaws not recommended). Guaranteed for 6 months at 4°C (protected from light)
