High precison ASTM-like combined form hydrometers made to exceed ASTM and API specifications, which incorporate a thermometer in the hydrometer
The temperature standardization is 60/60F. The hydrometer scale division are 2.0 degrees farenheit. The hydrometers will perform with the same accuracy as the ASTM hydrometers with mercury thermometers.
The thermometer is made with a non-mercury, blue spirit, has a range of 30 to 220 degrees farenheit and is mounted in the hydrometer stem. Length of hydrometer is 380 mm.
Used to measure the density according to API degree scale for petroleum applications.
