Keep standard taper glass joints from seizing, leaking, or galling with these reusable Teflon® sleeves.

No lubricant is required to make a vacuum-tight joint

Resistant to most chemicals, the sleeves are made of 0.2 mm (0.008") virgin Teflon® PTFE. Thickness at rings is 0.35 mm (0.014"). Sleeves can be subjected to temperatures from –100 to 250°C (–148 to 482°F).

The top of each sleeve has a rigid, knurled grip ring 3 mm (0.1") thick for easy assembly or removal of the sleeve from a standard taper joint. Outer rings on the taper prevent sticking.
