A smooth, tapered, stainless sampler for extracting a “plug” of material from bags or blocks of cheese, grease, soap, clay, etc.

Twisting the handle one-half turn will cut out a plug of material 15.2 cm (6”) long tapering from 1.7 cm (¹¹/₁₆”) to 1.3 cm (½”). “T” handle is 7 cm (2¾”).
