About this item

When attached to the top of Snyder Column, this solvent recovery still is designed to recover solvent normally lost during Kuderna-Danish Evaporative Concentrations

The unit has a PTFE stopcock (1:5, 2mm bore) that provides the option for total reflux or takeoff. A #7 Ace-Thred on the side arm accepts 6-7mm O.D. tubing. A 89051-122 nylon bushing and FETFE o-ring are supplied with the solvent recovery adapter. Fabricated from borosilicate glass.

Ordering information: Complete item consists of 89051-454 Solvent Recovery Adapter with [ST] 24/40 joints and #7 Ace-Thred takeoff side arm (includes 89051-122 nylon bushing and FETFE o-ring; and 89053-782 Allihn Condenser (200mm jacket length, [ST] 24/40 joints. Optional items (not included): three 89059-876 PTFE sleeves; 89055-650 three-section Snyder Column; 89055-894 Flask (500mL); and 89055-920 graduated 10mL receiving flask. Solvent Recovery Adapter is also available with straight tube rather than #7 Ace-Thred joint (order 89051-456).
