About this item
Receptors for the C-C chemokine family include CCR-1, CCR-2A, CCR-3, CCR-4, CCR-5 and the Duffy blood group antigen. The C-C receptors are important in the function of T cell chemotaxis and migration of phagocytic cells to sites of inflammation.
For ELISA (peptide): Use at a dilution of 1:100,000. For FACS: Use 1-3 ?l/10^6 cells per 50-100 ?l. For ICC: Use at a dilution of 1:800. For IHC-P: Use at a dilution of 1:250. For WB: Use at a dilution of 1:1,000. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the researcher.
