HALO® Chromatography Columns and Consumables+-
HALO® columns by Advanced Materials Technology are available in over 25 phases for reversed-phase and hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) separations. This includes columns designed for small molecule, large molecule (bio) separations and applicated environmental phases such as PFAS and PAH. HALO® column packings are not made the typical way; instead, the particles packed into HALO® columns are manufactured using Fused-Core® particle technology that was developed to deliver hyper-fast, high-efficiency liquid chromatographic separations.
The original HALO® Fused-Core® columns are able to perform competitively versus sub-2 µm fully porous columns and substantially outperform 3 and 5 µm fully porous columns, delivering increased performance without the consequence of high back pressures. HALO® (U)HPLC/MS columns are designed to serve the pharmaceutical, biopharma, food and beverage, environmental, vitamin, industrial and clinical/toxicology market segments.
Columns are available in formats from capillary through semi-prep including the new 1.5 mm ID column which saves 50% in solvent usage compared to a 2.1 mm ID column and delivers up to 2X detector signal intensity!
