The ImmunoReagents' DyLight® 800 conjugates uses a near-IR fluorphore that is invisible to the naked eye but increases the staining options when using infrared imaging systems. DyLight® 800 has spectral properties that are very similar to other near-IR dyes, including Alexa Fluor 790 and IRDye 800, and has high solubility for maximal incorporation of the dye into the biomolecule of interest. The ImmunoReagents' DyLight® 350 conjugates are a derivative of AMCA (Aminomethylcoumarine acetate), which a blue fluorescent dye commonly is used as a contrasting dye for double- and triple-labeling used in a wide array of applications. The UV-excitable DyLight® 350 has spectral properties that are very similar to those displayed by AMCA, including identical excitation wavelengths and a large stokes shift. The emission wavelength of DyLight® 350 has a 10-nm blue shift over AMCA, though, that provides an advantage in multiplexing with green fluorophores. TRITC (Tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanate) is a popular rhodamine derivative pink in Colour but emits a red-orange Colour upon Emission at 580 nm. TRITC is frequently paired with FITC in double labeling experiments and conjugated antibodies are often used in immunofluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, FLISA (fluorescent ELISA) and high throughput screening assays. These conjugates are best excited with the 532 nm spectral line of the He-Ne laser and are also recommended as a second Colour detection reagent in in situ hybridization applications.
