This one-hand, robust food penetration pH/°C measuring instrument comes with automatic temperature compensation. The robust penetration measuring tip is interchangeable and not affected by dirt and dust thanks to the hole diaphragm. The instrument is especially well suited to pH measurements in semi-solid media such as meat.

We can monitor both pH value and temperature simultaneously on the illuminated display. The automatic final value recognition (auto-hold) records the reading as soon as this is stable. An advisory tone informs when the reading is stable. The storage cap, which is filled with gel electrolyte and attached to the pH probe, is used to store the probe between measurements. The electrolyte gel promotes the durability of the pH probe.

The belt/wall bracket supplied enables the measuring instrument to be stored safely on the wall or on a belt.
