The Pierce™ IgM Purification Kit is an easy to use affinity matrix and buffer system to purify IgM from mouse ascites fluid. The method uses immobilised mannan binding protein (MBP), which binds to IgM in the kit-supplied buffers.
- Immobilised MBP allows specific purification of mouse IgM from ascites fluid
- Non denaturing, near-neutral buffer conditions ensure recovery of functional antibodies
- Stable ligand and resins can be regenerated and reused at least ten times
Levering: Kit includes MBP Agarose column, 5 m, 1 column; IgM Binding buffer, 800 ml; IgM Elution buffer, 500 ml; MBP Column Preparation buffer, 50 ml; and Column extender.
