Electroden, Tweezertrodes™

Tweezertrodes™ are reusable, tweezer style electrodes for in vivo drug or gene delivery applications.

• De ruimte tussen de elektroden kan worden aangepast tot maximaal 2 cm en worden voorzien van een positieve elektrode-indicator
• Keuze uit elektroden met een diameter van 7 mm of 10 mm

Tweezertrodes™ consist of a standard 11,5 cm long tweezer modified with stainless steel circular disc electrodes inserted at the tip. Following injection of the molecule of interest, the electrode discs grasp the target tissue and an electroporation pulse is delivered, initiating pore formation and incorporation of the molecules into the tissue cells that are in direct contact with the electrode.

Voltage range: 0 to 1,0 KV

Pulse length range: 10 µsec to 99 msec in PBS.
