Product Details & Documents

FlashGel™-systeem voor DNA biedt een snelle methode voor het scheiden van DNA en het volgen van de DNA-migratie. Het systeem bestaat uit gesloten, voorgegoten agarose FlashGel™ DNA-cassettes voor eenmalig gebruik en een elektroferese eenheid met ingebouwde transilluminator (FlashGel™ Dock) die zowel voor scheiding als detectie zorgt.

  • Scheidt DNA-fragmenten 10 bp tot 4 Kb in 2 tot 7 minuten
  • Gelruns kunnen op het werkblad worden bewaakt, in realtime zonder UV-licht
  • Minimaal 5 maal gevoeliger dan gels die gekleurd zijn met ethidiumbromide

Certifications: Sommige onderdelen en technologieën van het FlashGel™-systeem worden onder licentieovereenkomst verkocht. De kleurstoffen voor gels met nucleïnezuren in dit product worden vervaardigd en verkocht onder licentieovereenkomst van Molecular Probes, Inc voor exclusief gebruik in onderzoekstoepassingen of kwaliteitscontrole en worden gedekt door aangevraagde en verstrekte patenten. De FlashGel™ Dock technologie valt onder licentie van Clare Chemical Research, Inc. De elektroferese technologie valt onder licentie van Temple University.

Delivery information: Geleverd als aparte onderdelen of als een startkit. De markers en kleurstof kunnen meteen worden geladen, zijn geoptimaliseerd voor gebruik met het systeem en worden aanbevolen vanwege hun goede prestaties. De startkit bevat een FlashGel™ Dock; doos van 9, 1,2%, 12+1 well FlashGel™ DNA-cassettes; 1 ml FlashGel™-laadkleurstof; en 150 µl FlashGel™ DNA-marker (100 bp tot 4 Kb).
