Tablets for preparation of 100 ml phosphate buffered saline (PBS).
- Ready to use
- Autoclaveable
Deposit one tablet in flask or beaker placed on a magnetic stirrer. Add deionised water to 50% of the final volume at room temperature. Stir for a few minutes. Adjust the water to the final volume, stir until full dissolution. Autoclave or filter sterilise through a 0,22 μm filter into a sterile flask or bottle.
Application includes tissue culture or cell culture, sample dilution or protein dilution, immunoassays or immuno-histochemistry and microbiology.
