  Reconstitute to 1 U/µl with 25 µl or 100 µl PBS containing 15% glycerol. Note: It is normal to see some insoluble protein following reconstitution. This is mainly due to denaturation of small amounts of protein during preparation. Precipitate should not affect activity. If preferred, remove precipitate by brief centrifugation.
