Synthemax® II-SC Substrate is een eenvoudig te gebruiken, zelfcoatend materiaal voor de creatie van een uniek synthetisch oppervlak dat de natuurlijke celomgeving nabootst. Het oppervlak ondersteunt de adhesie en expansie van stamcellen in hun ongedifferentieerde staat en richt differentiatie in gespecialiseerde celtypen. Daarbovenop biedt het een synthetisch, xeno-vrij alternatief voor biologische coatings en/of feeder-cellagen gebruikt in hES- en iPS-celcultuur, wanneer nodig en gepast.

Synthemax® II-SC Substrate maakt schaalbare multi-expansie van pluripotente stamcellen in gedefinieerde media mogelijk met:
Stabiele verdubbeltijd
Fenotypische markerexpressie (Oct4, SSEA4)
Behoud van pluripotentie
Behoud van normaal karyotype

Synthemax® II-SC Substrate is compatible with plastic and glass surfaces, lot-traceable, gamma sterilised and quality tested for lot-to-lot consistency.
