IMAC Sepharose 6 Fast Flow is composed of cross-linked 6% agarose beads modified with a novel chelating ligand immobilized to the base matrix.

  • For affinity chromatography
  • Uncharged IMAC resin allowing possibility to charge with your metal ion of choice for optimized selectivity
  • Convenient purification of histidine-tagged proteins, also when Ni2+ is not the best choice of metal ion
  • Stable in commonly used aqueous buffers 0.01 M HCl, 1 M NaOH, 70% acetic acid, 2% SDS. 30% 2-propanol

IMAC Sepharose 6 Fast Flow is a member of the Cytiva range of IMAC chromatography media for capture and intermediate purification.
