De vergelijking tussen de oplossingskleur en de colorimetrische schaal bevestigt of het oppervlak schoon of vuil is. U hoeft het vochtige wattenstaafje slechts over een oppervlak te halen en in de buis te plaatsen. Breek de glazen vial in de buis met behulp van de klem. Aan het einde van de test kan de buis worden afgevoerd als normaal afval, opslag op kamertemperatuur.

De HY-RiSE® kit bevat een kleurenteststrip voor de hygiënecontrole, (een handmatige evaluatie van de algemene reinheid) van oppervlakken, met name in de voedingsmiddelen- en drankenindustrie.
