Verticale of horizontale groeven houden de glaasjes op hun plaats en maken het mogelijk verschillende hoeveelheden te verwerken. De temperatuurbestendige constructie kan langdurige incubatieopslag weerstaan en is transparant om gemakkelijk te zien wanneer de verwerking voltooid is. Compleet met een stop verstoort de afvoer aan de basis het behandelde gel niet tijdens het doorspoelen.
