De mopkop maakt gebruik van niet-schurende polyethyleenklemmen om een of meer wisdoekjes stevig op de mop te bevestigen. Bij de bevestigingsmethode van het ClipperMop-wisdoekje komen geen deeltjes, vezels of vuil vrij. Het mopsysteem kan worden gesteriliseerd met behulp van gammastraling, chemicaliën, verdampte waterstofperoxide (VHP, vaporized hydrogen peroxide) of ethyleenoxide (EtO). De telescopische greep van staal met poedercoating is uitschuifbaar van 73 tot 134 cm.
