RNase-ExitusPlus™ is een niet-alkalische, niet-corrosieve en niet-carcinogene reinigingsoplossing die uiterst effectief is tegen RNase-besmetting. Het is aangetoond dat RNase-ExitusPlus™ meer dan 20 μg RNase A dat op de bodem van een microcentrifugeerbuisje is opgedroogd, kan deactiveren. RNase-ExitusPlus™ blijft ongeveer 18 maanden lang stabiel en is hittebestendig. Het middel moet worden bewaard bij kamertemperatuur; bij lagere temperaturen kan er bezinksel worden gevormd dat eenvoudig kan worden opgelost bij 37 °C. RNase-ExitusPlus™ wordt geleverd in sprayflessen, en er is tevens een navulverpakking van een L verkrijgbaar.
