Stations voor samengeperste lucht produceren draag-/verbrandingsgas uit een interne persluchtaanvoer. Ze worden aanbevolen voor niet-purgeerbaar organisch koolstof (NPOC). Ze hebben een CO₂-gehalte van minder dan 1,0 ppm en een drukdauwpunt van –70 °C. Met weinig bewegende onderdelen en minimale onderhoudsvereisten maakt hun formaat een flexibele plaatsing mogelijk, inclusief wandmontage in kleine laboratoria.
