Wegwerpcassettes voor weefselverwerking helpen bij de routinematige verwerking, inbedding of sectie van biologisch weefsel. Verkrijgbaar in diepwel- of langere kamerontwerpen, kan de veilig afsluitende houder elk monster bevatten. Nauwkeurig gegoten voor bestendigheid tegen histologische oplosmiddelen houden de verschillende gekleurde cassettes monsters ondergedompeld tot gebruik. Verschillende poriegroottes maken het mogelijk de ventilatie af te stemmen, zodat vloeistoffen kunnen doorstromen en snel weglopen. Meerdere matte vlakken voor labels garanderen een nauwkeurige identificatie bij testen.
