Media voor celbevriezing
Cel- en weefselvriesmedia wordt gebruikt om het herstel en de levensvatbaarheid van cellen te verbeteren na ontdooiing uit cryo-opslag. Sommige opties zijn verkrijgbaar als kant-en-klare vriesmix, waardoor het niet nodig is om telkens meerdere producten te combineren om een zelfgemaakte oplossing te maken. Het correct cryopreserveren van cellen is een manier om snelle en nauwkeurige resultaten bij celkweek te garanderen. Deze producten worden getest op pH, uiterlijk en steriliteit. Herstel, morfologie en differentiatie van hESC’s en hiPSC’s worden bevestigd na cryopreservatie en ontdooiing.
