Kloonbuffers

In de moleculaire biologie worden kloneerbufferoplossingen met TRIS, azijnzuur, EDTA of andere componenten gebruikt bij agarosegel-elektroforese, meestal voor de scheiding van nucleïnezuren zoals DNA en RNA. Er zijn verschillende bufferformuleringen beschikbaar met diverse basisingrediënten. Deze mengsels hebben uiteenlopende buffercapaciteiten en looptijden. Bufferoplossingen beschermen monsters tegen pH-veranderingen tijdens uiteenlopende chemische toepassingen.
