Spiraalenters
Spiraalplaters worden gebruikt om een vloeibaar monster in een spiraalpatroon op een Petrischaal aan te brengen. Dit is doorgaans onderdeel van een CFU-telprocedure om het aantal micro-organismen in een monster te bepalen. Spiraalplaters worden ook gebruikt voor onderzoek, klinische diagnostiek en als methode om een Petrischaal met bacteriën te bedekken alvorens antibioticaschijfjes te plaatsen voor AST. Automatisch enten kan op verschillende concentratieniveaus worden uitgevoerd.
easySpiral® spiral plater

A predetermined volume of bacterial suspension is sprayed in the shape of a spiral in a logarithmic dilution onto four areas of the Petri dish. The deposited volume corresponds to the set dilution factor. With easySpiral® Pro, it is possible to export to Excel.
