Deze bemonsteringsmanifolds zijn verkrijgbaar in verschillende configuraties en lengtes. Vrijwel alle manifolds zijn gemaakt van borosilicaatglas en een reeks poortopties biedt flexibiliteit in het aantal monsters en de aansluitlocaties. Sommige modellen maken een snelle gasspoeling mogelijk om druk te ontlasten of vacuüm te creëren. Kranen zijn voorzien van doseergroeven in de plug voor nauwkeurige controle van vacuümbronnen en inerte gassen.
