TriLink® CleanCap® Renilla Luc mRNA (5 moU)
Supplier: TriLink BioTechnologies
Renilla luciferase (Renilla Luc) is a bioluminescent reporter protein derived from Renilla reniformis (sea pansy). In the presence of the cofactor, coelenterazine, Renilla luciferase produces light. Renilla Luc mRNA can be used as an internal control in combination with FLuc mRNA to test different conditions, such as dosage or chemical modifications, and their effect on translation.

TriLink® 2'-Deoxy-P-nucleoside-5'-Triphosphate
Supplier: TriLink BioTechnologies
2'-Deoxy-P-nucleoside is a degenerate base which behaves as a universal pyrimidine and therefore base pairs with both adenine and guanine. This feature makes it a powerful tool in mutagenesis studies.

TriLink® CleanCap® M6 EGFP ModTail™ mRNA (N1MePsU)
Supplier: TriLink BioTechnologies
This mRNA construct, produced via in vitro transcription (IVT), expresses an enhanced version of the green fluorescent protein (EGFP), originally isolated from the jellyfish Aequorea victoria. EGFP is a commonly used direct detection reporter in mammalian cells, yielding bright green fluorescence with an emission peak at 509 nm.

BspQI
Supplier: TriLink BioTechnologies
BspQI (isoschizomers: SapI, PciSI and LguI) is a Type IIS restriction enzyme known for its unique cleavage properties. It recognizes asymmetric DNA sequences, cleaves the double-stranded DNA outside of the recognition site, and generates a 5′ overhang.

TriLink® 2',3'-Dideoxyguanosine-5'-O-(1-Thiotriphosphate)
Supplier: TriLink BioTechnologies
2',3'-Dideoxyguanosine-5'-O-(1-Thiotriphosphate) is a sugar modified nucleoside triphosphate where the 2' and 3' hydroxyl groups are absent, resulting in chain termination. This ddGTP analog also contains a 1-Thiotriphosphate which results in a nuclease resistant phosphorothioate linkage. The inability of polymerases to extend from a dideoxy nucleotide causes chain termination and is useful in antiviral research and in a variety of biotechnology applications.

TriLink® 7-Deaza-2'-deoxyguanosine-5'-Triphosphate
Supplier: TriLink BioTechnologies
This deoxyguanosine analog lacks the N7 nitrogen found in the natural guanine nucleobase. Replacement of this nitrogen atom with a carbon atom results in diminished structure of the major groove in DNA and may disrupt base stacking, but does not interfere with Watson-Crick base pairing. This is desirable for applications such as amplification and sequencing of GC-rich nucleic acid sequences.
