Anti-ULK1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy5®)
Supplier: Bioss
Serine/threonine-protein kinase involved in autophagy in response to starvation. Acts upstream of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase PIK3C3 to regulate the formation of autophagophores, the precursors of autophagosomes. Part of regulatory feedback loops in autophagy: acts both as a downstream effector and negative regulator of mammalian target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1) via interaction with RPTOR. Activated via phosphorylation by AMPK and also acts as a regulator of AMPK by mediating phosphorylation of AMPK subunits PRKAA1, PRKAB2 and PRKAG1, leading to negatively regulate AMPK activity. May phosphorylate ATG13/KIAA652 and RPTOR; however such data need additional evidences. Plays a role early in neuronal differentiation and is required for granule cell axon formation.

Anti-MAGEB3 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 555)
Supplier: Bioss
MAGEB3 is a member of the MAGEB gene family. The members of this family have their entire coding sequences located in the last exon, and the encoded proteins show 50 to 68% sequence identity to each other. The promoters and first exons of the MAGEB genes show considerable variability, suggesting that the existence of this gene family enables the same function to be expressed under different transcriptional controls. This gene is localized in the DSS (dosage-sensitive sex reversal) critical region. It is expressed in testis and placenta, and in a significant fraction of tumors of various histological types. The MAGEB genes are clustered on chromosome Xp22-p21.

Anti-NME5 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Bioss
NME5 does not seem to have NDK kinase activity but confers protection from cell death by Bax and alters the cellular levels of several antioxidant enzymes including Gpx5. It may play a role in spermiogenesis by increasing the ability of late-stage spermatids to eliminate reactive oxygen species. NME5 is specifically expressed in testis germinal cells.

Anti-IGLK Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy5)
Supplier: Bioss
Hexokinases phosphorylate glucose to produce glucose-6-phosphate, the first step in most glucose metabolism pathways. Alternative splicing of this gene results in three tissue-specific forms of glucokinase, one found in pancreatic islet beta cells and two found in liver. The protein localises to the outer membrane of mitochondria. In contrast to other forms of hexokinase, this enzyme is not inhibited by its product glucose-6-phosphate but remains active while glucose is abundant. Mutations in this gene have been associated with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM), maturity onset diabetes of the young, type 2 (MODY2) and persistent hyperinsulinemic hypoglycemia of infancy (PHHI).

Anti-EIF4G1 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy7®)
Supplier: Bioss
The protein encoded by this gene is a component of the multi-subunit protein complex EIF4F. This complex facilitates the recruitment of mRNA to the ribosome, which is a rate-limiting step during the initiation phase of protein synthesis. The recognition of the mRNA cap and the ATP-dependent unwinding of 5'-terminal secondary structure is catalyzed by factors in this complex. The subunit encoded by this gene is a large scaffolding protein that contains binding sites for other members of the EIF4F complex. A domain at its N-terminus can also interact with the poly(A)-binding protein, which may mediate the circularization of mRNA during translation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants, some of which are derived from alternative promoter usage. [provided by RefSeq].

Anti-NPM Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Cy5®)
Supplier: Bioss
Involved in diverse cellular processes such as ribosome biogenesis, centrosome duplication, protein chaperoning, histone assembly, cell proliferation, and regulation of tumor suppressors p53/TP53 and ARF. Binds ribosome presumably to drive ribosome nuclear export. Associated with nucleolar ribonucleoprotein structures and bind single-stranded nucleic acids. Acts as a chaperonin for the core histones H3, H2B and H4. Stimulates APEX1 endonuclease activity on apurinic/apyrimidinic (AP) double-stranded DNA but inhibits APEX1 endonuclease activity on AP single-stranded RNA. May exert a control of APEX1 endonuclease activity within nucleoli devoted to repair AP on rDNA and the removal of oxidized rRNA molecules. In concert with BRCA2, regulates centrosome duplication. Regulates centriole duplication: phosphorylation by PLK2 is able to trigger centriole replication. Negatively regulates the activation of EIF2AK2/PKR and suppresses apoptosis through inhibition of EIF2AK2/PKR autophosphorylation.

Anti-BMP15 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Bioss
Required for ovarian folliculogenesis. Promotes primordial follicle development. Stimulates granulosa cell proliferation. Promotes cell transition from G0/G1 to S and G2/M phases, through an increase of CCND1 and CCNE1 expression, and RB1 phosphorylation. It regulates STAR expression and cAMP-dependent progesterone release in granulosa and thecal cells. Attenuates the suppressive effects of activin A on STAR expression and progesterone production by increasing the expression of inhibin B. It suppresses FST and FSTL3 production in granulosa-lutein cells.

Anti-RBM26 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (HRP (Horseradish Peroxidase))
Supplier: Bioss
Proteins containing RNA recognition motifs, including various hnRNP proteins, are implicated in the regulation of alternative splicing and protein components of snRNPs. The RBM (RNA-binding motif) gene family encodes proteins with an RNA binding motif that have been suggested to play a role in the modulation of apoptosis. RBM26 (RNA binding motif protein 26), whose alternative names include CTCL tumor antigen se70-2, C13orf10, ARRS2, SE70-2, ZC3H17, PRO1777, FLJ20957, RP11-255E21.1, MGC133295 or MGC133296, is a 1,007 amino acid protein with six isoforms which result due to alternative splicing. RBM26 also contains one C3H1-type zinc finger and two RRM (RNA recognition motif) domains. The gene encoding RBM26 maps to human chromosome 13q31.1.
