The fragment analyser systems offer a selection of capillary arrays to optimize your QC workflow by separating nucleic acids via parallel capillary electrophoresis. Arrays vary in capillary length, providing distinct benefits to a wide range of workflows.

These arrays address separation speed and separation resolution. 'Short' capillary arrays are the most versatile as they are compatible with all consumable kits. Run times can be decreased with 'Ultra-Short' arrays, and 'Long' arrays enhance separation resolution. Some kits have been designed for a specific array for optimal performance.
