High Sensitivity RNA ScreenTape analysis provides efficient and reliable separation of total RNA samples of limited abundance down to 100 pg/µl. Compatible with eukaryotic and prokaryotic samples, the assay provides quality, quantity, and sizing information. Objective evaluation of RNA degradation is delivered with an RNA integrity number (RIN^e).

Results are obtained quickly, as fast as 2 minutes per sample. Accurate analysis is possible with only 2 µl of sample.

The assay is compatible with all Agilent TapeStation instruments.
