These compact tube furnaces with a SiC rod heating and integrated switchgear with controller can be used universally for many processes. They represent an inexpensive variant in the high-temperature range. The standard mounting options for accessories make them flexible for use in a wide range of applications.

The SiC heating elements are arranged parallel to the working tube providing excellent temperature uniformity
Equipped with professional P580 controller with touch screen display, featuring 50 freely adjustable programs and 40 segments and 2 to 6 extra functions

Attention: Maximum continuous operating temperature should be 50 to 100 °C below the 'Max. temperature' of the model. Values outside the tube. Difference to temperature inside the tube up to + 50 K. External dimensions vary when furnace is equipped with additional equipment. (The furnace can be operated up to the maximum temperature of 1600 °C. However when operating above 1500 °C, increased wear of the heating elements is to be expected.) Note: Nabertherm provides a guarantee covering the furnace and spare parts for standard industrial use for 12 months starting from the day of delivery. Wear and tear of parts or damage due to improper use or maintenance not in compliance with the operating instructions as well as damage caused by interaction between furnace components and charge are excluded from this guarantee.
