Leica DM500 binocular microscopes were specifically developed to facilitate science teaching. The DM500 is ideal for entry level life science courses.

Leica EZLite™ LED illumination provides a cool white light at 80% lower energy consumption
LED illumination also eliminates the need to change any bulbs
Pre-centred, pre-focused Abbe condenser eliminates the need for adjustments
Student friendly slide holder EZGuide™ helps prevent slide chipping
Stage with rounded edges and wear-resistant surface
Integrated vertical handle provides easy carrying and lifting when storing on high shelves
Integrated antimicrobial additive helps prevent the spread of disease via the microscope's surfaces

Compatible with the full range of Leica Microsystems imaging solutions: Students can connect to the High Definition wireless camera module ICC50 W either through its own internal Wi-Fi signal using Wi-Fi mode, or through the facilities' network using Ethernet mode. The camera is powered directly from the microscope stand with a USB cable.

Ordering information: 2 year warranty.

Delivery information: All packages include (except package 5): DM 500 Stage, Standard Stand with condenser, Tube (Binocular or Trinocular, 30° or 45°), two 10×/20 focusing eyepieces with eyeguard, Immersion oil (7,4 ml), and Europe Continental power cord.
Packages 1/3/5/6 additionally include: Objective HI PLAN 4x/0.10, Objective HI PLAN 10x/0.25, Objective HI PLAN 40x/0,65, Objective HI PLAN 100x/1,25 oil.
Packages 2 and 4 additionally include: Objective HI PLAN 10x/0.25 PH1, Objective HI PLAN 20x/0,40 PH1, Objective HI PLAN 40x/0,65 PH1, Objective HI PLAN 100x/1.25 OIL PH3, Phase Slider (4 pos; BF, 10X/20X/40X/100x).
